30 lbs in 5 weeks? Thats hard but it can be done! First motivate yourself to get it done. Eating smaller meals more throughout the day is better, you should eat 5-6 all with low carbs since you plan on losing weight. There are a couple of websites that offer meal plans that work fantastic for losing weight. next is your workout. If you want to lose weight just run run run as much as possible.Hit the gym about 4x a week if you can or simply do push ups/sit ups at home.
