Your knats can also becoming from fruit. If you keep alot of fruits around,that could be the source. I know when we have bags of apples or banana's around we see little knats around.

Do you take the trash out all the time? Is there fruit in your kitchen? Gnats like fruit, and if it is ripe - they like it even more.

If you have houseplants more than likely they are coming from them. We have had them at work for serveral months & I'm sure it's the plants. We sprayed some lysol several days in a row around the lobby where the plants are & in all of the window sills & they are now gone.

What is the average lifespan of a gnat? I swear this gnat has been here for over a month flying in front of my monitor....unless they can self-reproduce?

You're reading I have had gnats now in my house for months and all the exterminator does is come over and spray AND TWICE BOMBED BUT i STILL HAVE THEM AND THEY SEEM WORST, WERE ARE THEY COMING FROM?
