I normally dont eat breakfast at all. Cold glass of moo juice does me good til about 11 am.

Grab an energy bar or a Kashi cereal bar and a bananna out of my cupboard edit: by the way...breakfast is the most important meal of the day!! Even if you only eat a little, you hsould eat something!

i dont have any time to eat breakfast. i wake up at 6 and leave my house at 6:45. sometimes ill get lucky and have enough time to grap a pop which will wake me up.

I sometimes just throw together a smoothie if I dont have time to eat, it is full of goodness and keeps me going till lunch.

I always eat breakfast, even in a hurry. I'll still have my usual bowl of cereal or perhaps toast and yoghurt instead..if we have any available, though, my preference would be a liquid breakfast drink.

I am faithful to the yogurt cup. It is a measured portion and it is easily portable.

Peanut butter on wheat toast (or a half a pb sandwich on untoasted wheat bread if I don't have time to use the toaster) and a banana. Occasionally, when I'm out of bread or something, it will be a yogurt and a banana.
