In my state yes you can. (California) 2nd Payment is just due by the end of march Hope that help But call you Propery Tax Assessors Office.

I pay my real estates once a year ... did not sign up for the installment plan. They are due in Five weeks. I have almost all my $$$ BUT $215 ..and NO MEANS to get it .. Seems a shame to lose my home for such a little bit of money , doesn't it ?
