  • Yes I have and it sucks. I was 5 1/2 weeks pregnant and found out it was an ectopic pregnancy. Which means the fetus was growing inside the fallopian tube. I was a total mess emotionally and so that person plus all of her guests were in on my heartache. Very rude of them to stick me in a room with someone. invis. +5
  • No, I have been told that I would get put in a semi room & I went to a different hospital. I refuse to stay in a room with someone else.
  • Horrible. There was an elderly woman next to me and the nurses wouldn't come when she pushed her button so she asked me to press mine saying she couldn't reach the thing. I did and the nurses came and when I explained that I was trying to help 'Mary' who couldn't reach her button they were nasty to her. It was disgusting, I felt so bad for her. A male nurse came in during the middle of the night and I woke up and heard her complaining of pain and I heard him tell her in a whisper 'Mary you're dying, we can only try to make you comfortable' this was said in a very weird voice and he totally creeped me out.
  • I recall coming back from the recovery room in deep surgical pain. While I was miserable and trying to control my pain, I recall my roommate had a very LOUD visitor. As miserable as I was, I yelled for this obnoxious man to "get the hell out!" He wouldn't leave, simply laughed at me, so I hit the call button and asked the nurse to "toss him out on his ass!" She did.
