No, we have a set of plates in three different colors, although they are identical in every other way.

Haha, no. Living in a house hold that's been through three children from birth through to teen years, you have so many broken plates you never bother replacing whole sets. We have about 8 different half sets.

I have one identical set that I use when we have company and they all match. The everyday ones match but are not identical.

Well, I have an everyday set that matches, a casual entertaining china set that matches and my fine china for special affairs.

Although I do own 3 sets of nice china only brought out for those special occasions. The every days stuff comes from Sam's Club in a large pack of 100 and in white for $15.27.....lol Just me and hubby and the dogs now and much easier to use throw away for most things, I do have 4 nice glass plates green and white but very rarely use.

They did when we were first married. After you have some kids and a few of them break (the plates, of course) then you don't care so much about everything matching.

Everyday - matches, special occsasion matches. But i got married 35 years ago. Today i would not match - i would coordinate.

no I ran out so I mixed and matched and it looks good. One is a delicate fruit pattern and has yellow in it, I bought some plain yellow ones and it all works out well. I actually kind of like it with the difference.

yeah, I am so boring. I have 4 of each kind of plate, with one set having 8 settings. I do mix and match though.
