  • drink a couple beers once in a while..lol
  • take a breif break from things, maybe a day or two,do something relaxing that takes your mind off problemsand you will be back in the swing of things in no time.
  • I can definitly relate. I don't know what your schedule is like but try to plan a few hours per week to just do whatever you enjoy. Since I live so close to the beach I go there a lot. That helps me a lot. Keeping a calendar and other organization stuff helps me because I know where every thing is and what I need to do. For instance if I get ready for the next day at night then I am not rushing arround in the morning looking for things. Also make sure you haven't over scheduled your self. Everyone needs down time. If you are in H.S. and you think your class load is too much you can talk to your guidance counselor.
  • I don't take school too seriously. I get good grades, but realize that it is not the end of the world if I do badly on something. I suppose its about how important value is placed on education. I feel like I learn more about life from living in it than studying stuff that I may not use in the future.
