Great question. No. If they ask for it, I may give it to them. If they need it. I may give it to them. If they earn it. I will give it to them. But if they only want it, I must say no.

That depends, do I have some? Can I spare some? Is it a need or a want on their part? Generally if I have it, and they need it, it's theirs. If I have it and they want it, it depends on if I'm using it or not. But if I'm not they can have it, until I need it back.

If the majority want it, then yes. But it doesn't matter anyway cos most governments only do what THEY want to do. Not what the people whom they serve want to do.
