  • A bus tried to run me off the road where three lanes converged to two (I was not near him - he swerved to get closer to me - and normally I know when I have done something to provoke someone, but this time I couldn't see how I had upset him). I lost speed and fell back a few cars begind him. I then followed him to the bus depot (which was conveniently only a kilometer away), he saw me in his rear view and guessed what I was up to and pulled over but I knew where the depot was and went there and hid in the car park until I saw the bus come in. I then went to their office and complained about the driver as it was a public bus he was driving and his conduct had been without explanation or provokation. I nearly cried in the office the driver scared me so much. I don't know what happened to him, but I did say to them just to talk to him about it and not to sack him (we all have bad days!).
  • yes ,every time i drive..lol
  • Ive never participated in it but I have wanted to at times.
  • Yes and i was the winner. i arrested the two other drivers for reckless driving and intoxication.

  • No not really but I do get very angry at over cautious drivers holding up traffic
  • Some guy honked at me and my husband and brother gave him "the finger" while passengers in my vehicle. The driver of the other car went in front of me and unexpectedly slammed on their brakes and I almost hit them. I reported them to the local law enforcement agency and that is when I found out later about the "finger incident". This old hoot had to go down to the police station after I reported him and I told my husband and brother to never give obscene gestures while in my car. This was like 18 years ago.
  • Not to the point where I chase them down or try to hurt them,, I do get angry at others sometimes and I think to myself that I want to get back at them, but road rage is so stupid really if you think about it. So in a few minutes I get over it. I have been in one altercation with an individual about 20 years ago. We both ended up with a bloody nose, no one won the fight and it didnt change anything. So what was the point? Just take a breather and get over it.
  • yes, but it doesn't help when you drive a company vehicle with the company's phone number all over it.
  • I am ashamed to say that on the odd occasion yes I have succumbed to sticking two fingers up and calling someone a wanker.
  • Yes because nobody else can drive correctly except me. LOL
  • Yes many times
  • yep. A guy got mad that I accidently turned in front of him (there was enough room if he had been going the speed limit.. he was speeding, but I was too young to be a good judge). He chased me, slamed his car into mine causing me to go off the road, broke my window, grabed my phone (I was calling for help), and punched me, dragged me out of the car, kicked me, and called me every bad name you can think of. Imagine a 6' middle aged guy pounding on a 16 year old skinny girl. His best buddy was the chief of police. It took me a very long time to trust cops... still don't trust most of them. And I have some buddies who grew up to be cops. I trust them.
  • Unfortunately, I used to be a professional at it; literally. One time, a guy pulled out on me as I was going back to work with McDonalds for myself and eleven co-workers, and I had to slam on my brakes causing everything to fly forward into the back of the front seats and through the gap between. Shakes, sodas, fries, were all over. I chased the guy down and he actually stopped and got out. I dragged him to my car to show him what he caused, and raged at him so hard that he gave me $100 out of his wallet to leave him alone. In retrospect, I could have just as easily gotten a bullet. I don't do stuff like that anymore.
  • Yes. But I have never done anything worse than pass people and then go the speed limit in front of them. Just the other day I accidentally cut off a couple guys where a 2-lane merged to a 1-lane - no one had to swerve or even hit the brakes. At a stoplight he tried to get me to pull over - when he did, I took off. He followed me for a bit and made gestures at me then took off. What an idiot. By the way, this was in Colorado Springs, he drove an old beater white muscle car with red racing stripes (unsure of the make or model) and his license plate number was 036MSB - if you see this guy be careful. I hope he reads this and realizes what an idiot he is.
  • Nope, never. If someone's pissed, blow them a kiss. They love it. XD
  • Yeah. (blushes) Mostly just things like flippin the bird, beeping, or yelling obsenities. Nothing severe like running people off the road.
  • Yeah, there was a guy following me for about 10 minutes. I tried taking side roads to see if he'd still follow me (stupid), and he did. So, enraged at his nerve, I drove to a local Superfresh (safe) and got out of the car as he pulled into the parking lot. It was two guys. I kicked the grill of their car and started yelling profanities at them. This had to look weird, because I'm really small and have big fat eyes, not what you'd think an aggressive person would look like. Then I got in my car, turned it around and sped at them, trying to make as much noise as possible. They left, probably because I was making such a huge scene in a crowded parking lot. I think they were part of a local gang, because one of them has a policy that states that new recruits must follow people in their cars, especially young girls like me, and then kill them in order to be in the gang. It was on a police report....whatever. Anyway, I think back on it now and realize how stupid I was. It worked though.
  • Not a day goes by when I don't slam on that horn and yell as*h*le while giving someone the finger...I can't help it people don't know how to drive in this state!
  • Not often but it has gotten the best of me, I must admit.
  • My husband tells me I have road rage, because I let what other drivers do upset me. I have been known to flip them off and maybe even swear at them. (maybe) Just this morning, some Jack#$% pulled onto the highway without looking at all, gabbing on his cell phone, leaning on the door handle. I couldn't pull into the passing lane with other cars passing me at 55 mph. Yep, I flipped him off. I drive a long way to work five days a week. I feel that if I have to follow the rules and stay in my lane and use my blinkers and yield to the right of way, then so do others. It is only common courtesy to not endanger those around you by not following the rules of the road. The rules are only in place to keep us safe. It seems like not a day does by without someone cutting me off, or riding behind me with their high beams on. GRRRR.....
  • Yes i knocked over a strip of tarmac's pint in the pub one time.
  • I'm usally the one getting mad at the people for not driving right or not driving fast enough but one time me and my cousin were crusing around town and when we cruise we pick out certain cars and follow them so that's what we did and when we were going to turn around the guy that we were following did donuts in the drive way and kicked rocks at my cousin's car
  • Yes, I saw this.:)
  • yes, no, maybe. :) is there a statute of limitations for road rage?
