Morbidly obese.

Well, even if you had a very thick body structure, the most you could weight at 6ft and be less than 15% body fat is about 200. Unless you're totally jacked, they you could probably weight 220 or so, but from the question, it doesn't sound like you've been hitting the weights all that hard. I'm guessing you've got about 90 to 100 lbs to lose before you can be considered a healthy weight.

That is technically morbidly obese but I don't agree with the first answer. Bones and muscle does weigh quite a bit and if you are in fact very large boned and have a lot of muscle, you could very well be morbidly obese but appear to be normal or maybe just a little overweight. My bf has a super large bone frame. He's not exactly skinny but I can still feel his ribs very easy. He looked best at 250 because he naturally has a large chest and is wide but when he's at 250, he looks great and toned. The BMI says he should be 180 tops but when he was 180, he looked like a skeleton with his ribs showing and his face looking sunken in. Sure, that is an extreme case but I don't think we can "assume" your size or fat % just based on your question. I have a friend who works out and is very muscular and he constantly asks if he's fat or looks obese.
