  • My advice to you is this. Do not travel to the United States with a criminal record. Once they find out you have a criminal record (US customs can check anyone's criminal record), you will be entered in their database and the chances of going there (even after the pardon has been granted), are very slim. Because they will know you have had criminal history. Apply for the pardon first, and once your record is sealed, then start travelling. A pardon means your record is sealed. A pardon services agency will also give you similar advice.
  • You should have had your pardon by now. It shouldn't take over a year. Are you using a service for this or are you doing it yourself?
