Good luck! I have been struggling with that for 68 years. If a hundred people were lined up, and 99 were say yea, I could not hear them for the one saying nay. I don't think I will ever get past it.

You just have to have more confidence. You need a balance of arrogance and humility. Those people don't do anything that benefits you, so why entertain them? You pay your own bills(hopefully lol) and you do your job, so as long as you are doing your own thing, why let someone run your life for you.

its hard to get over it some ppl never do like me ive been dealing with it for 32 yrs

Live longer. After a while, it doesn't matter. No matter what you do, people are going to complain and criticize and gossip. That's how people are. Be yourself and enjoy yourself. Harm none! :)

Don't worry!Live every day to the fullest ...then one day you'll suddenly realize that you have outlived all those SOB's who didn't like you...

When the day comes that you realize the only opinion of you that matters is your own.

Some people's opinions are important depending on what they mean to you. It's good to reflect on your character and how you treat people but worrying about things outside of your control can make you crazy. Relax.

Drink yourself stupid and be a total asshole. After enough months you'll become numb to the embarrassment of what you stated the night before so that during brief moments of sobriety, you'll be able to feel proud of not being a drunk fucktard at the moment just by being somewhat civil. That's how I dealt with it...kinda works a little.
