    The dinner is when most of the conversation takes place and the movie is when the snuggling and/or kissing takes place if you had a good conversation at dinner. So i guess it depends on which one stimulates you more.

    Definately the dinner - because thats when the conversation happens. I would never go to a movie with someone on a first date because I wouldn't be able to concentrate on the film and would be very nervous and the "sitting in silence" ould make it worse.
