no, if this is your first time just take it whole like you were taking an aspirin. Drink water throughout the night, don't OVERdrink but drink enough to keep you hydrated. orange juice is also good.

DO you have any idea what can happen to you on that? My friend is DEAD because of just ONE pill. Yes dead..you need to know that you can hurt yourself or worse!
