I am 36 male. Since 3 yrs I donot get erections near females. My breast & butt hv grown soft, round, smooth, bigger. I get orgasms only by caressing my nipples for 20 to 30 minutes. Feel like getting used by males. Am I a shemale? How do I come out of it?

I don't know exactly what your breasts look like, but unless these changes are drastic, I doubt you're a shemale. Secondly, shemales are usually either born that way, or get operations to look that way. I've never heard of someone "becoming" a shemale. You might want to look into gynecomastia, a condition in which males grow breasts. It doesn't make you a shemale, but it might explain what you're going through. You might also want to ask your doctor if it's that important to you. From your explanation of your sexual urges, you might be a homosexual (or bisexual if you still have some attractions toward females). It's not a big deal, so if that's just the way you feel, you shouldn't want to "come out of it." If you're feeling confused, however, and want to know what's going on for sure, there are psychologists out there who work with gender issues. I would check out the gynecomastia diagnosis first, though, just to start out.
