What is financial aid?, who are entitled to get them, do they have to pay it back?. Are they supposed to be briliant student with good grades to receive them?

Financial Aid is government assistance.It is based on financial need,even if you dont need it its worth the time to fill it out to see if they can help with something.No you do not have to pay back a dime it is completely yours its not a loan.Just based on financial need.

Just apply, it may not be much money. getting a full paid scholarship is a dream, unless your parents foot the bill.
