I have a ford contour 95 it cut out when i give too much gas to the accelerator peddle had it checked at shop found nothing wrong but changed fuel filter changed the cathletic converter nothing changedany ideas besides new car?

Pull air filter also check vacuum lines for breaks or cracks. Mr Bill
