  • Becoming too comfortable can possibly lead to the love fading. People become content in the relationship. Instead of jumping into your s/o arms when you get home, it slowly changes into 'why were you ten minutes late today'. As the passion fades, so does the love in many cases. You have to work to keep the relationship strong and the love lively.
  • I think it's kind of like being a kid at Christmas, they get a new toy they love to death, play with it everyday, day in/day out for a long time. Then all of a sudden that longing of wanting to play with that toy gradually starts to fade then the passion starts to go. So basically, the love or passion wears thin and the desire fades.
  • they may fade. they often just mature.
  • I think the Lovey dovely feelings fade... But if you are lucky what replaces that is deep love.
  • it may not be fading, it just looks that way as you may be taking things for granted which usually happens when you stay on it for longer.need to do stuff thats out of the way.something unexpected once in a while and it take two do it so dont wait for your partner to do it ...take the first step and do it, you wont regret it
  • If you are truly in love the feelings do not fade... The get stronger... Every relationship takes work and if you keep working at it than you take a chance of the other person not being happy and leaving you.
