Yes, yes and yes. We have a rule about my kids going over to friends house. Right now my kids only go over to friends who's parents go to the same church as us, unless I am there with them. We are a close church. We know each other well. I dont even let me kids go over to most of my families houses. my kids do have friends who do not go to church, but they come to our house. And if my kids are invited over to a birthday party at a friends house who does not go to our church, then I am there with them the whole time. I have talked with my kids about this and they understand. When they ask if or why about going over to a friends house. I ask them a few questions. Do their parents drink? Do they cuss? Do they use drugs? What kind of tv do they watch? What kind of music do they listen to? Do the parents fight? Of course my kids cant answer these questions because they have no idea. So I tell them I have no idea either and so you cant go to their house, but they can come to ours.
