Have it designed on paper as though you had transfered a coin to the paper then have it made just like a seal try for it not to be too small but rather long. Once you have the transfer go to your nearest library and ask them what the procedure is they might give you a number or some form of ID which must be included in the seal, it must be registered and according to each state laws. I suppose you intend to protect your author rights, if so you must go according to law or it will not have any value.

You can make this in any form that you want. There is no requirement that it be registered or legally witnessed. Just make sure that the certificate includes when and how the artwork was produced, the names of people or companies involved in it's production, the art's exact title, dimensions, and the names of reference books or similar resources that contain either specific or related information about either that work of art or the artist. It should also state the qualifications AND FULL CONTACT INFORMATION of the individual or entity that authored the certificate, and include his or her complete and current contact information.
