My wife and I have had a seperation agreement since 2003. We were to split the 401k 50/50 which at the time was 51,000/51,000. I have not done anything with this yet and she has not asked about it. What are my options?

I divorced 10 years ago and now have sizable 410K. Can I rollover 15% to my ex wife without having a tax liability.
She does not habe a 401K plan.

I know I've invested in 401k's over the years but I dont know where I have these accounts, so is there someplace I can enter my SS# to find these so I can roll them over to one account? I have moved to another state and do not receive all my mail.
