If it's sinus or related symptoms, I would recommend that you use a vaporizer. If you haven't got one of these, use a bowl of steaming hot water. Place your face over the bowl and put the towel like a tent over your head. Inhale the steam. Add more hot water as the other cools.

If it is congestion, I was reading the other day that drinking peppermint tea was really good for that (it also settles the stomach). You could try a steam sauna with eucolyptus.. or put some eucolyptus oil in some steaming water and drape a towel over your head whie inhaling the vapors.
