First of all, you need to find a high level blacksmith (83-99). Collect the
necessary items like an Empirium anvil, 10 pcs. of Elunium and 2 mini furnace. Then, you will need to pay the required amount that the blacksmith offers (depending on how kind the blacksmith is, some blacksmiths do it for free and some do it for 100,000z) and wait until the process is complete. This procedure is VERY risky so don't do this if you can't over upgrade a lv. 3 weapon to +10 (e.g +10 Tsurugi, +10 Flamberge etc.) so you will have to level up more until your luck is about 60 (Critical Assassins will have more of a chance to to this since they have bundles of luck in their stats) more importantly, don't do this if you have less than 2,000,000z. When you get this over with, it will be very rewarding.
