Do the questions listed on the umbrella category's (i.e. Art) page come from questions in the subcategories as well? Or are they only questions marked under that particular category.

I will answer with an example. I recently posted the question: "Is God lonely?" under the Religions category. You can find it by browsing the "Religions" category, but if you went to the Judaism sub-category my question will not be listed. If I chose to list it under Religions » Religions A - Z » Judaism, my question would be listed in the Religions category and the Judaism category.
