Did you know that if you request a copy of a credit agreement under s.78 (1) Consumer Credit Act 1974 (s.77 (1) for rolling sum credit) and they dont supply it the debt becomes unenforceable? and can be fined upto ?5000 or 6 months in prisonment?

    I have never heard of such a thing. IS this true? What exactly is the report you are asking for?
