Hi, you can find alot via google. If you are as i imagine...quite young and looking to start hacking and want to hide you ip...by all means do so but remember what a proxy is. All that you do could be being stored by the owner of the proxy, not all are there to help people like you. Dont buy anything while using it. If you intend on using it to hide your details in a hack, dont. Use a public computer with no ID required and no CCTV wearing gloves (trust me its got to this). Things such as TOR have been unsafe for about 2 years, dont believe they hype on the internet, much is outdated.
