you should ask your doctor about this one. 13 is kind of a border-line age, where any younger and you shouldn't do that sort of thing, and any older it would be okay. heavy weightlifting can have severe effects on your growth, but i don't think vertical jump exercises would hurt you. you may want to wait a while on the weightlifting. again, ask your doctor though, since s/he might say it's okay.
