I read about that in the paper today, and at first I thought it was barbaric, then I thought at least it doesn't hurt you permanently like death! If it could be used for crowd control then maybe it is ok (where rioting is occurring).

The first thing I imagined when I saw the pictures was one on fire and the guys inside burning to death while a chanting crowd threw stones. Send it to Iraq and I think this is a realistic prediction of what we will see. It might be useful for intimidating peaceful unarmed protesters I suppose.
