Yes, you're right. Those of us from South Carolina do nothing in our spare time but think up ways to further our negative stereotypes. As if this sort of thing doesn't happen all over the world.

This is animal abuse, but it is nothing compared to what the poultry and egg industries do to the birds. I guess in this case, the abuse was inflicted purely for entertainment. Whereas, poultry and egg producers have the public convinced that people will suffer from malnutrition if they don't eat the birds or their eggs.
