  • I believe it would depend on the situation and whether or not it was a repeat offense.
  • Depends on the crime.
  • Depends on the circumstance,, if they are out drinking and acting a fool and they get caught and put in jail, well, they are just in jail. I always told them, dont get a DWI and call me to bail you out, wont happen. I dont bail out for DWI, Public Intoxication, Fighting (unless defending themseves or someone else),etc. But if the circumstances were of a nature where what ever happened could not be avoided, not their fault, or I felt that what happened was an accident, then yes, I would bail them out. Once.
  • Once you know he/she has learnt her lesson, yes, do it as you cannot be insensitive, you can only be a disciplinary. Give them a warning there will be no "next time" and then follow through.
  • i suppose it depends on the situation and if they have been in jail before and if you think they have learned their lesson or not. nobody wants to see their children in jail but if they have been there before and not learned their lesson maybe its time they did
  • depends what they in for.. but I dont think so..
  • Are they guilty?
  • It would depend on what happened but if any of my children were ever arrested, I'd probably let them sit there for the night to think long and hard about what they did.
  • just like everyone else...depends on the crime. if it was something stupid like, a fight, or public intox, or some minor bs...hell yes I would bail my kids out...I choose to let my kids know that I am there for them...as long as they know that I wont be taken advantage of.
  • You say that now, but just wait till your kid is locked up. You never know until you are in that situation. Especially if it's there 1st time. Now if they keep on messing up. There tail need to stay in there.
  • That would depend on what the crime was and whether it was a repeated offense.
  • I would leave them in there if they deserve it, if not then i will bail them out.
  • def depends on the situation... can't really say yay or nay without all the details.
