Can a bad Power Supply Slow your computer down?

Bad power supply? hummm either you have electricity or not. Go to accessories on your program list, do a disc clean, restart your computer then defragment. If you have never done it, defragmenting might take a while but let it finish. Best to do it when you won't need your computer for - depends, possibly two hours if it really needs it. If you are talking about slow on the internet that's a whole different matter.
