Has anyone else noticed that, when shuffling songs on the iPod, it cycles much more frequently through certain artists? Is there a way to make it more random?

I have these Megachangers, and I don't trust them either. I think it plays single CD's more often than a track from a full album, because it selects the album first, and afterwards the track. How are songs organised in your iPod? Albums/groups or as individual tracks?

It will play some artists more than others because you have more tracks by some artists than others; if your music collection isn't perfectly balanced then the random track selection will inevitably favour certain artists over others.
