I want to take off the wallpaper in my kitchen (autistic granddaughter started peeling it off!) I have a victorian home. A stained glass sunflower hanging light, but unsure what color to paint the walls. Any Ideas?

Yellow. Only because our kitchen is yellow and it really brightens up the room

When my ex-wife wanted to paint the kitchen I told her to paint it black to match the color of the food she makes.

That depends on what kind of light the sunflower gives off.

How about doing from the ceiling to half way down in like a cream or light yellow .... and from the half way down point ot the floor in a country blue ... I did that a few years ago and everyone appeared to like the "look" ...

A very pale yellow or a country white (very light beige) might look really nice and still have that "clean" look that I like in kitchens and bathrooms.
