Traditionally... I make two. One is always meatball and the other is always sausage. It is because those are the meats I flavor my sauce with so I have to use them.

Its no so much what we would add to it, the trouble we have is deciding what to have with it..usually salad, and that gets boring after a while.

yep tastes good doent it,i alsoe like to butter the sheets with pesto sauce too, and a sprikle of mozarella between each layer too

i add a layer of pesto and a different layer of diced roasted red bell pepper...adds a whole nother dimension to the flavor.
