That doesn't sound very healthy at all. If i were you i would visit a Docter.

Try to force yourself to eat a banana. They usually help me crave for food. Hope it works for you, too.

You need to find a way to relax. I have some experience going through what you are going through. When I was a freshman in college during finals I got so stressed that I didn't feel hungry for 7 days. What I did was I forced a small amount of food into myself via a small salad once a day. I'd recommend that you eat something small every day to help you keep a decent amount of energy and try to find ways to relax. If this lasts longer then two weeks see a doctor or get help.

Well, it depends on the source of your stress, but...I think you don't want to starve.

Well I don't eat when something is getting at me...but thats not good...your going to have to force your self to eat...not a whole meal or anything...if your just picking at it then thats ok to...you can try and drink something..like those meal drinks...I do that any way and that can hold you over...but the true answer is your going to have to face whats making you feel this way head on...and if its something you have no control over your going to have to get it out of your life...something thats causing you not to eat for so long is not something you need in your life..try to eat, and I hope things get better

find a place to go that you can spend alone with GOD and pray and let him guide you.good luck and GOD bless

Eat something, after a certain period of not eating, your body wont feel hungry anymore, but you need to eat to survive. I think that no matter what you should sit down and eat something at least twice a day, even if it's just a bowl of cereal or something. Just because you don't feel hungry, doesn't mean your body doesn't need food.

milkshake!!

It happens to me when im stressted or worried, what you need to do is eat a little something indulgent, and you will get your appetite back, but first you need to reliase whats causing the stress and solve the problem, good luck to you! =]

I would see a counselor, if something continues to be so stressful, that you do not eat. If it happens for just a couple of days, it is normal. Stress is normal, stopping eating for a large amount of time is not ok. If the body is hungry, the brain is to, and that is what helps you cope, why be upset, and hungry, then the one who is causing so much pain, wins twice!!

Try a milkshake or a smoothie or hot chocolate. Small pieces of fruit or small bits of chocolate. Try to eat or drink something no matter how small. Just nibble at something.
