  • Someone correct me if I'm wrong. But the reason they get marked as DUPLICATE, it's because you're submitted them more than once, possibly inadvertantly. Because when someone flags it as duplicate, you actually have to find the exact duplicate within a list. So it's not because someone else has already asked it, but becasue you actually submitted it twice.
  • They go by the date of the question. Are you saying that someone who asked the same question after you did was not the one who was told it was a duplicate? I would contact AB Staff. You can show them that the date you asked your question was prior to the date the other person asked it. I'm sure it was some kind of weird glitch.
