Gym 2 or 3 times a week: weight training and treadmill for at least 20 minutes. Try to eat less fat and more fruit and vegetables. Try to get enough rest. Try to learn to relax and be less stressed (this is the hardest thing for me). Use anti-germ hand lotion several times a day to keep from picking up germs from surfaces at work, since I work in an office with a lot of people, many of whom brings their kids' germs to work.

Do martial arts several times a week. Use the elliptical daily. Walk several hours a day in good weather. Eat a lot of good fat; low-fat diets are bad for you. Switched over to The Warrior Diet which is one meal a day. Try to get more sleep. Do relaxing activities. Have some goals like working on a painting for the next juried show. If it gets stressful, let it go though.
