Trees - ever chopped one down?

Not with an axe, if that is what you are asking. But I have felled them with a chainsaw.

I don't think so...I've trimmed trees (cut big branches off that would have caused some damage if they'd fallen on their own), and chopped firewood and stuff. That's it.

Yes. It is soooooo much harder than it looks in cartoons. I was doing a favor for an elderly woman that fear a tree was going to fall on her house so she asked me to chop it down. Mind you,m I'm a city boy so i was petrified i was going to make it fall the wrong way. best workout ever

I have cut down at least 10. The best part is when you shout TIMBERRRRRR even when your alone [*sigh-sore back:-(]lol

Yes - Axe, Hatchet, Machette but my favorite is the chain saw...
