I'm not married but if I was in that situation I would say no I wouldn't want to know. Knowing who it was would cause me to have a very difficult time forgiving that person. Although on the opposite side of the coin if they already had an affair once, knowing would be helpful because I don't think it would be going out of your rights to ask that your spouse avoid all contact with that person.

I believe I would want to know who it is, because I have the right. This did happen to me, and I was shocked out of my mind, of the short, fat pig he left me and his children for. Now they are unhappy and miserable..NA NA NA NA

I would want to know. And would not be so mad anymore, after i got find that girl and teach her a lesson..errm...give her a good talking to ;) Then completely cut her out of our lives.
