Probably either Thai peppers or ornamental thai peppers. Anything with szechuan in the name is usually spicy.

First of all, who the hell would be moronic enough to downrate this qusetion?? It's pathetic and whoever you are, you suck!! Now, I personally love chicken chowmein!! Ramen although quite common here in Japan, is actually from China, and is very good too. Now I'm hungry!!
