You have a hormonal imbalance. Some women have them; most don't. Your doctor needs to do some workups to find out what is out of balance. I'm thinking estrogen, but you need lab results to know for sure. The fact that you started your cycles late, and only after the pill was administered indicates there was something up with your hormone balance; then the cycle stopping despite the pill indicates your body has matured some, and changes have occured which have caused the cycle to stop. I would make an appointment with your doc, discuss the issue and this concern. With a hormone imbalance, you *can* get pregnant while on the pill, and there can be other negative effects as well.

yes, seems that you have a hormonal imbalance. I dated a girl for years who did not have her period ever. She would only get her period when she was on the pill and then her cycle would start but off the pill, her period would stop. Best advice is to see a doctor and get some testing done.
