There are agents that bleach freckles available. I never heard of removing moles with anything but a doctor's hand.

There are "bleaching creams" that will fade youre freckles, but you will have to use it continuously. Do you really want to keep putting this kind of chemical on your skin? If you just have a few freckles on your face, try using lemon juice. Of course, you still have to avoid the sun, or your freckles will just come back. I have freckles all over my arms and legs but not too many on my face. I've learned to live with them.
