  • Anything you pay for using Paypal should be insured against fraud. Contact the Paypal fraud department.
  • If you have already paid them, you should have gotten a receipt. It's an automatic thing, so be sure you aren't blocking their contact emails from coming to your personal email inbox. Besides a receipt, you can always find their contact information on your PayPal account. Try to contact them as best you can, before you get PayPal involved. Read the posting and see what their shipping schedule is too. Some people only send out on certain days, not everyday. If you've gotten a receipt for the money you own, that never means they've actually send out the package, just that it's in the system ready to be processed. If you have your personal email account set up to only receive mail from people in your address list, then you will not receive any other email from people you do business with. You need to be sure you're set up to keep their email from being blocked at any time, otherwise it will be your fault. Apparently this happens a lot to buyers, according to what I've read on the feedback pages, but they still blame the seller . . . It's not their fault if you aren't getting your email and they don't always know about a return or blocked email, because not all email providers accept returns to advise the senders. Another thing - You can always use the eBay system to contact the seller any time, before or after the bidding is over. Like I said, do whatever you can before getting PayPal fraud department involved, because you're problem might be something simple and you don't want to look like a fool when it's your fault. Some people aren't so kind when others are trying to learn. You should read through the eBay tutorial to better understand their system, and how PayPal works too, before you become more invested! It doesn't take much to be taken advantage of when you don't know the basics! Good Luck!
