Sometimes? More often than not in my opinion. Too bad people are too lazy to research on their own and rather believe every word spoon fed to them. Sheeple are taking over the world.

Nah it's pretty straight-forward. The bread and grape juice turn into Jesus, the pope is Jesus, birth control sucks, and maybe aliens exist. Oh and the sun revolves around the earth. And yeah, they like their altarboys too much.

Yes very often misunderstood. Too many people are willing to accept the salacious stories that they read in the gutter press as fact for all the Church. Catholicism has no more perverts amongst its clergy than any other church. They just get more publicity. That is a good thing. we want them out . Most religions are misunderstood by people that do not bother to learn about them.

Sadly, yes. More and more people see Catholicism as an excuse to molest children or corrupt minds. It's sad. Catholics are people, and we are really no different than everybody else. It's just an interpritation of the Christian faith.
