I saw an episode where a criminal got caught because his shoe-print was picked off laminate flooring. He cleaned the whole house thoroughly, wore gloves etc but forgot to clean his shoe-prints off the wooden floor. Jus because they didn't show, didn't mean they weren't there ... the cops got their man !!! (Tip: mop the floor before you leave a crime-scene)
