S125 is for Section 125 of the tax code. It is commonly called a cafeteria plan. This would be pre-taxble payments for supplemental insurance or health insurance. It reduces your gross income, thereby reducing the amount of income tax, social security and medicare that you pay and also saving your employer their portion of social security, medicare and FUTA (unemployment) tax. It IS reported in Box 14 but is not used anywhere on your 1040 form and is only for informational purposes only.
It shouldn't be in box 14, should be in box 12 and it's money you put into a deferred plan, as in medical. '125' are typically called cafeteria plans.
