Sometimes. Like If I seen someone standing on the corner and smoking. I know those things are spendy. Or when I see someone out there with a $200 bike or worse, when they are done standing there they go get into a decent car. The ones I dont mind are ones where they hold up a sign saying they need work.

I fed up and I mean FED UP! with being bombarded every week from organizations blocking the doorway to the grocery store! from freakin candy bars, to other charities, its out of control and makes me wanna shop elsewhere. Management should space this crap out, I cant give every week, I got my own problems, and all it does is MAKE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE AND GUILTY!

Some,,the truly homeless(which I lived on the streets for a time)I will give more than I would a friend. What is money anyway,it hasn't made ME happy, just more content than I was when I had none. Annoying,no not really,if I feel they have a need,I will help,,with reservations about some, advice for others.I have never co signed for someones loan,I won't do that.I won't give larger sums to a 'possible' moneymaker..etc,that would just be silly,I have watched those scams happen,,I always wondered how those running the scam never got discovered. Some people are fools with their money,,that's all I could think. Want some money from me,show my why you are worthy of it,,any why you can't make it on your own!

Homeless people, one dollar every three a blocks. Telemarketers, ten dollars every day. Knowing our bankers will soon be our telemarketers and homeless, priceless.

Panhandlers especially. It's a problem where I live, like most places, and ordinary people get "assaulted" by panhandlers on downtown street corners every day. If you give them a bit, they follow you and ask for more. If you don't give them anything, they follow you and pester you and may even attack you. Our city is trying to control these panhandlers, but the approach they are taking is ridiculous----they want to fine these panhandlers $200 for undue harrassment. Can you believe that? Fining someone who doesn't have a cent in his/her pocket for two hundred dollars. Sheesh.
