At five or six months pregnant you would have had a lot of signs indicating a pregnancy. Such as nausea, vomiting, backaches, headaches, swollen breasts, tender breasts, fatigue, increased bathroom visits, food cravings, you may feel movement, and your belly would be growing. Take a test they are pretty accurate. If you are still not sure see a doctor, even though your parents will find out. If you did end up pregnant they would find out anyway. Good Luck! Remember that babies are a blessing!

I'm pretty sure you would notice if you were five or six months pregnant. My best friend is pregnant, 5 months and she's getting pretty big, noticeably pregnant. If your belly looks round like that of a pregnant woman then you probably want to get it checked out. Otherwise I don't think you should worry, but maybe you should go to the doc for a checkup anyway and tell her if you're really worried. Also your period can change depending on how stressed your life is or other reasons, so being a little light once shouldn't worry you too much.
