You grip the club, simply hoping to get it close to the green. You take your usual awkward swing. But this time, you make contact and can feel the ball come off the club. You know you hit it solid. The ball flies high, heading towards its target. You watch it sail through the air closer and closer to the target. Boink, boink...it's in the cup. Hole in one! Perfection. You start out with a strike. No big deal. Then you have five more. Halfway there. Things are going great. You have nine strikes and only the 10th frame remaining. Three shots in a row. Keep your composure. You get 10 and 11. One more to go. You pick up the ball. As you insert your fingers, you see they are shaking. Breathe, relax, focus. You eye your target and let it go. Ten in the pit. Perfection.
