Well, there are some articles of clothing that girls can wear that guys shouldn't and a thong is one of those articles of clothing.

Some guys are way over weight and have love handles and look terrible in a thong. If you are slim and tan and have the confidence, then go ahead and wear one.

They just look off to me. Sorry. I'm not keen on G-Strings for anyone (G-string is an Aussie word, thongs are things for your feet here, as in flip-flops). An Aussie thong is OK on anyone =)
